The prominent building has undergone a complete refurbishment as the venue for upscale fashion stores on the ground floor and high-end offices on the four floors above. The centre overlooks a pleasant pedestrian area. It is located in Bahnhofstraße, and is a neighbour to the city’s old mayoral building and the opera house. The central station, a hub of the German high-speed ICE network, is opposite.
